Forecasting customer demand for institutions' products (or services) has profound effects on effectiveness of critical business processes, customer satisfaction and revenue. Generating reliable sales forecasts requires effective demand planning and forecasting procedures.

The main goals of this program are providing necessary knowledge on advanced concepts of demand planning processes and basic practical skills on implementing numerical forecasting techniques.

About the Certification


 

Participants that attend 75% of the program will receive a Certificate of Participation and will be qualified to take the certification examination.


Participants that succeed in the examination will receive a Certificate of Accomplishment in additional to the Certificate of Participation.

- Participants scoring 60% or higher of total points will receive a Certificate of Accomplishment.
- Participants scoring 90% or higher of total points will receive a Certificate of Outstanding Accomplishment.


There will be retests for those who cannot fulfill the accomplishment criteria.

Retests are subject to additional fee of $150 +VAT(18%).

Morning sessions are between 09:30 and 12:30, including coffee breaks.

The lunch will be served between 12:30 and 13:30.

Afternoon sessions are between 13:30 and 17:30, including coffee breaks.

Registration is limited with 12 people per program in order to enhance the learning experience.

 

The participation fee for the two-day program is $450 +VAT(18%).

Coffee breaks, lunch and participant notes (in hardcopy) are included in the price.
